The delivery takes place throughout Europe. Please note the shipping costs for the respective countries. The buyer bears the shipping costs for returning the dental impressions.

In case of cancellation, packing & Shipping will be charged if the goods have already been shipped to you. A cancellation will only take place if the goods have been sent back to Veneera™.

Right of withdrawal for individually manufactured products

By law, the 14-day right of withdrawal expires for products that are individually manufactured for the customer. Please note the point in the right of withdrawal: Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.
